England – Our Symbols (via Free England Alliance)

Trafalgar Square, London Bridge, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey,Norfolk Broads, Suffolk Pink Houses, Dover Sole, Hastings,The New Forest, Liver Birds, Sherwood Forest, Whitby, Portland Bill and HMS Victory.
All should be classed as English not British. Please carry on the list.

I've been thinking about what is England, and how are we represented. What are our national symbols, and how are we recognised? I'll start with a few obvious ones. The Cross of St. George, Bobby Moore, Ian Botham, Charles Dickens, Stonehenge, Alfred the Great, Winston Churchill. You may wish to add your own.
